CAESARSTONE COMPETITION - PUBLIC DESIGN

BRIEF: From Ashes We Rise was the Caesarstone Competition brief to reimagne a new National Assembly, based in Cape Town. To maintain heritage values and build on the foundations of history and introduce a new season to inspire both the people and politics of South Africa through the interiors of the National Assembly. Design parameters were to include a central floor space, a podium, seating for 400, space for digital screening capabilities and integration, space for journalists and news channels, space for the public and using Caesarstone as a viable surface solution.
